Acro & Tumbling New Student Intro Program
(Ages 4+)
Learning to comfortably be upside-down at a young age is paramount to continued progress in the sport of dance, especially if dancers progress into a competitive program. Increase in confidence and self-esteem while building muscle strength, gaining flexibility and mobility, improving overall coordination, and conquering "tricks" through consistent, dedicated work. Acro/Tumbling students will learn intricate tricks, balancing and contortion, and learn how to execute skills with grace and control.
Tumbling classes focus on mastering the flexibility, strength, limbering, and tumbling elements often used in dance.
Our Acro Dance program builds upon those tumbling elements and applies them artistically and uniquely to dance repertoire, acro dance tricks being a vital element in all competitive dance today.
